About Marjorie Gray
My Story
My life journey has included twenty mailing addresses so far. But God, through Holy Spirit-breathed Scripture, is always my home base. After countless jobs, I now see and savor human life as an apprenticeship in the School of Love with Jesus as Master Teacher. God is my Father, and I’m grateful for each of the eleven church congregations who have served as my matriarchal families. Included with and/ or in addition to these, I thank God for faithful families of origin and marriage, praying that our children and grandchildren will discover and follow the Jesus Way.
Inspiration in writing the book
The Bible came alive as the Holy Spirit joined my heart and mind in wonder. Awestruck at the straightforward and authoritative use of words like all, every, only, and highest, I was drawn to listen, meditate, contemplate, understand and proclaim.
